The Process

We start by meeting with you at your house to find out what you want. We take measurements and we offer suggestions. We will also show you different designs to choose from. However, we are NOT interior decorators, so it helps if you have a pretty good idea of what you want. After we have talked about the different options and figure out what you want, we will leave you with a quote. Our quote will always be only labor. We allow you to shop around to find out what you want. You can also find some good deals online at ebay. I recommend going to Home Deopot, Lowes, or Floor and Decor. By allowing you to buy the tile yourself, it cuts out the middle man markup.

We will also leave you with a date and time that we will show up to start your project. Most jobs will take one day to lay tile and one day to grout the floor. Some jobs will require demolition. This will add one more day at the beginning of your project. Throught the process, you will only have to stay off your floor for one day. Once the tile is grouted, you can walk on it the same day. However, your pet has to stay off the floors. Grout does not like claws.

We will never leave a job without devoting the last day to clean up. We will also have a final walk through to make sure you are happy. After this, we will leave you alone. You will have a one year warranty on the labor. If any tile or grout cracks due to natural cause, we will be back to repair the tile at no cost. We will also leave you with business cards and a flyer. We give you $50 for every referral you give us.
